    Dear sir/Madam,

    I think this software is really fantastic even though I had no chance to use it. I installed Practice Player on my PC but at the time I wanted to work with , one message came saying that I have to install the up-to-date version of Practice Player. So, I did it. But, Once again I saw this message: there was a problem while downloading the update. I will be glad if you help me and tell me what I should do. I appreciate your help in advance.

    Please provide us with your e-mail address so we can walk you through the steps to resolve this issue. You can send an e-mail to info@neurolanguage.com. In your e-mail, please provide us with your user account credentials. Also provide your log file which can be accessed from the following directory:
    C:\Program Files\neuroLanguage\Practice Player\data
    -log file would in the following format: app_”date”.
